AMANDA LEIGH WALKER

About Me
I’m Amanda Leigh Walker — a Canadian-born coach, consultant, and fractional Chief Of Operations. My work sits at the intersection of soul, systems, and sustainable success.
My early path was deeply people-centered. I studied Women’s Studies, Philosophy, and Sociology, became a certified teacher (including Montessori training), and worked across education and hospitality — always in service of helping others grow, feel safe, and thrive. Alongside that, I explored photography and filmmaking as creative ways to understand human experience.
In the early 2000s, I moved to Australia and co-founded the beloved plant-based brand Lord of the Fries, building it with my former husband and his brother. Over the next 20 years, we grew it from a small food van into an iconic franchise network with stores across Australia and New Zealand. I led the operations, training, systems, and scaling — turning vision into process, chaos into flow, and values into structure.
By 2016, I began mentoring other founders, helping them create purpose-driven companies that could scale without losing soul. After exiting the business in 2023, I stepped fully into my own lane — speaking, coaching, and consulting as a bridge between spiritual intelligence and operational mastery.
I combine meditation, mindfulness, Human Design, manifestation & Hermetic principles with practical, replicable, common sense systems that help people and businesses run with alignment, integrity, and ease.
If I’m working with a person, we design the habits, rituals, and mindset that form their Personal Operations Manual.
If I’m working with a business, we build the structures, accountability, and strategy that form their Business Operations Manual.
My mission is simple: to help leaders and founders align who they are with how they grow — so both their lives and their businesses run beautifully, sustainably, and on purpose.
